Overview
For Q3 of 2023, our team at Braid Health was hard at work to bring you an array of exciting updates and features for our Dental product. We are thrilled to announce the release of new dental integrations, along with some general enhancements for the entire Braid Health platform. Among these enhancements, we also introduced the ability Drag & Drop JPEG files, allowing you to effortlessly upload and organize your images. Additionally, we have implemented support for raw image captures, ensuring that you have complete control over the quality and authenticity of your images.

Workflow Updates
- Configuration support for custom hanging templates to match existing workflows
- Support for raw image capture, RGBU8 (24 bit per pixel), and inverted 16-bit grayscale image formats
- View studies across your organization’s clinics using the organization’s key
- Capture keypress was changed from Alt-C to Spacebar
- Captured images are now backed up to the local AppData folder on Windows and can be recovered by dragging and dropping to a dental hanging.

Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Dental capture retry mechanism for poor/inclement network conditions. Solves for connectivity issues that occur during study capture which prevents study saving. This feature automatically and continuously retries to save a study until successful.
- Stability improvements to the Braid Hub to address crashes and restarts.
- Improvements to image windowing result in better raw image representation.
